I'll be paired with a Pre-Team Mentor from Team Life Is The Bubbles unless I request another Mentor within this team.

After joining Pre-Team, the Agency will split my next five booked packages or cruises that travel with over $100 commission, regardless of when they were made (before joining Pre-Team, during, or after graduation), between my Mentor and me to compensate her for mentoring me.

What will be split with my Mentor and counts towards graduation from Pre-Team:

- Packages including accommodations and tickets at Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando, or Universal Hollywood.

- Any cruise (e.g., Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, MSC, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruise Line, etc.).

What doesn't count towards graduation from Pre-Team and won't be split with my Mentor: 

- Room-only bookings at Disney/Universal or elsewhere, which won't be split or contribute to pre-team graduation.

- Ticket-only bookings at Disney/Universal or any other destination, similarly not eligible for splitting or pre-team graduation.

- All other destinations (e.g., SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, All-Inclusive Resorts, Legoland, Great Wolf Lodge, various hotel chains, etc.) won't be split and won't count toward pre-team graduation.

*Commission splits apply to the first five TRAVELED packages or cruises paid out to the Agency.

These five traveled packages or cruises split with my Mentor may be any of the following:

- Trips booked before joining Pre-Team.
- Trips booked during Pre-Team.
- Trips booked after Pre-Team.
- Personal trips.
- Trips booked for friends or family.

How the split works:
- Normally, as an Agent, I receive a minimum 55% commission.

- During the Pre-Team Mentoring Program, my Pre-Team Mentor will receive 20% of the commission on my first 5 traveled packages/cruises, regardless of when they were booked.

- The Agency receives a maximum of 45% commission.

- I'll receive the remaining commission after the Mentor and Agency splits.

- After I've split my commission on the first five paid packages/cruises, I will be returned to my full commission amount.

EXAMPLE: If the package/cruise commission paid to the Agency is $100, my mentor will receive $20, I'll receive $35, and the Agency will receive $45.

If I earn my engagement bonus for the month when the commission is paid out, from a $100 commission, my mentor will receive $20, I'll receive $40, and the Agency will receive $40.

Graduation from Pre-Team:

- Graduation will occur after I have booked five qualifying trips (Disney/Universal packages or cruises).

- Graduation is at the discretion of the team leader. While commission on personal, family, or friend trips may be split with the Mentor, these trips may not count toward the five packages or cruises I need to graduate the Pre-Team Program due to the nature of these bookings (e.g., minimal utilization of the sales process or marketing efforts).

- If more than five trips are booked while on Pre-Team, only the first five qualifying trips to travel will be split with my Mentor. 

- After receiving confirmation of my graduation, I can choose to either apply to Team Life Is The Bubbles (or any other team within Smart Moms Travel), enroll in another team's Pre-Team Program, or opt not to apply for any team within Smart Moms Travel at all.

- Should I opt to join a team (whether it's Team Life Is The Bubbles or any other team within Smart Moms Travel) before completing the Pre-Team Program, or if I decide to leave Team Life Is The Bubbles Pre-Team Program, I'm still obligated to split my next five traveled packages/cruises with my Team Life Is The Bubbles Mentor.
